    / This is a great article Vivek. I drank relaugr soda for years, and switched to diet, then cut it out entirely. I don’t miss it, but it was a hard habit to break. My main reason was to shake the caffeine addiction, but finding out about the way the body has to struggle to maintain its pH balance makes me even more happy that I mostly drink just water these days.
