      you do not want to use it more than once a day because it can dry out your skin. use it once a day and after a while limit it to about 3 to 4 times a week.DO NOT do it more than once a day im tenillg you i have done that and it wasnt pretty. it can irritate your skin terribly because its acid

Vitamin A is good for health. you can try papaya, batter and olive oil mixer for acne . you also can try cucumber juice, rub ice, egg white. those are really good for acne. you can take a lemon juice facial before sleep.
